Ok, the fall steel season is pretty much on us at this point and the question is:

Who's got their fall flies tied and ready to go??

Personally I've got enough tied to get me through a few days but I'm going to need to tie a bunch between now and January. Once Feb hits I usually switch to trout flies and only tie for steel as needed.

I've fished PA a few times, depending on your schedule it might be possible I was thinking about trip over. Are you talking a weekday? If so I might. I work second shift and could go after I drop my daughter off for school. What are you thinking???

Tuesday may be a good day. I'll need to get the dogs out and run them Monday to take some starch out of them so they'll be a little easier to live with then. My buddy was up at Elk today. Got shut out up there for his first time in several years. I imagine it should be better next week.
