I have three 10 acre parcells for sale in Pike County. They are wooded hillsides with about 85 feet of road frontage. Biggest problem is poachers as this is where locals go for their Sunday rides to look at the deer. Would like to sell to hunters instead of locals that would likely live full time. Will build to suit. One parcell has 24'x28' foundation already.Pike county supplies city water and Buckeye rural supplies eletric. LARGE Deer herd.There are 80 acres of clear cut behind my 140 acres of wooded property. I will only sell these three parcells of property in this deer hunting mecca.Buy all three and get a better deal.If sceptical call the Pike county game warden Steve is his first name and ask about Carrs Run deer herd. I am looking to sell to clean responsible hunters that will leave the hunting sites trash-free along with the woods they hunt in.The right buyers will have access to more than enough property to hunt.E-mail me through the week as I am in the woods alot.:D

Send me some info, I hunt in Pike County off MT. Tabor rd (off of Rosella Creek Drive). I'll "cruise by" this weekend if you give me directions and at least look around a bit. I am always interested in buying land, but the "poaching thing" kinda deters me a bit, and I am looking for at least 60- 100 acres, I am pretty picky, but always interested in "looking".
I've got my eye on around 80 acres that I have permission to hunt. I've decide to make an honest attempt in buying the land once the owner passes (he is 91 yrs. old, told me his land would be up for public auction when he dies, would like to see someone like me own it and use it to hunt/fish on). It backs up to the 600 acres of private I hunt.
Of note to others:
There is a land Auction of 66 acres off of Rosella Court Drive in Ross County, don't know what the property looks like, just seen the sign for an "Auction October 15th, 66 acres will divide into 4 tracks".
