Sounds pretty impressive to me. Do you think this should still be used in regular archery season?

My thoughts too.......coonie.

BUT................it will bust nocks at 100 yards......and that was being shot by someone that supposedly doesn't shoot much.......yeah right.

AND...........you gotsta have the AR-15 backend to boot.

no doubt the state of the art sniper weapon. probably in use by seals, delta force. but if you sitting in a treestand, you better have your harness on, looks front heavy.

I do like the bipod. I use one for sighting in my horton on occasion when I want the scope to be just right. the only improvement needed is reducing the overall length.

That thing is huge, I can't imagine walking to my stand or ground blind with that thing. I wonder how much it weighs? That is one of those weapons that could be considered "overkill" don't you think?

well it settles one argument against it ,it has no stock...so now it can't be rested on something when its shot...yes its long but is it worth the 1" groups at 100 yds...or is this just company hype hawking...and another thing...it now shoots real arrows:eek:...its more like a real bow...:Dthis might satisfy the oba:mischeif:

1 inch at 100 yards huh? To our Ohio Crossbow users out there that means it's a 300 yard capable weapon.

Real bow my ass coonie, it usus a AR-15 lower reciever... You're going to need a FFL to help you buy one...

And we wonder why some don't want x bows in archery season... :nono:

Hmmmmmm.............1" groups at 100 yards? How many morons would then think they can fling an arrow that far and not get "string jump". Talk about HYPE!!!!! It does look like a big heavy cumbersome PIA to carry into the woods. Thank goodness it is not only expensive, but also quite inconvenient to own since you then would need to own an AR-15 stock. Wait a second..........is this thing even real? Who would design a product and make it "incomplete" like that? The whole thing is just bizarre! Ok, just checked the PSE website and it is real. :coco: Sigh.............................................. ...................................... :16suspect1:

it shoots a regular 26" arrow 650 gr.387fps...so it shoots farther than the conventional xbow...with more kinetic energy than a 30 30...:D at 100 yds i believe they said 170 ke...now what gets me is it sort of makes me think of a bazooka...:D

Well I guess we'll be seeing more of that stuff here in PA, seeing as crossbows are now legal during the archery season statewide.

I don't really see that this crossbow has that much of an advantage over a standard crossbow personally. Do you guys really think an extra 50 to 75 feet per sec is going to stop it from dropping 10 feet at 100 yds???

Well guys, I'm going to say that this is going to end up being mostly a novitaly item. First of all its expensive at 1200 bucks. Then on top of that you have to own an AR15 or buy an AR15 lower receiver. It still is reducious none the less.

yeah and with the current prices of AR lowers youd be insane to use this thing. I Doubt it sells very good espically when another AWB hits and lowers are scarce.

Looks rediculious. Try sitting in a stand and shotting that thing. Then what if you got buck fever and missed!! :yikes: Did you hear the sound that the crank made when drawing back the string? CLICKETY, CLICKETY, CLICKETY!!! Absolutely no use for one of those.

They only "became archery" here in PA when they changed the definition in Title 34.

great innovative weapon , but too expensive for the common hunter to afford , and you would still have to buy more accessories to complete this weapon , dont make sense to me why they would make it and market it that way

Ok, but then how many of those recurves and longbows require you to go buy a rifle and remove the stock?????? :dizzy:

If I ran PSE and some fool brought this design to me, I would give him an "incomplete" and tell him to go finish the project.

The more i look at this thing, the cooler it gets. It's defiantely not something i would hunt with, but the design of this thing is pretty darn cool.
