AEP property for sale

Hey guys I work for American Electric power and they have over 2500 acres for sale in eastern ohio. It is an absolute auction. This is not the Recreation property but real close to it. The sale is Nov 1. We are having schraderauction.com sale it. All together it will be 70 different tracts ranging from 3 to 200 acres. Some wooded, some have barns on them and a few have houses on them. All of them have some woods on them. It might be a cheap way to pick up some acres for a hunting camp.

Where can I get some info on this auction? I'm intrested in seeing what they have. Where's the auction going to be held?

Hey bird, the sale will be Nov 1 at John Glenn High Schoo; in New Concord at 10:30. You can have schraderauction.com send you a book on the property with the locations and information on each tract. Also you can call them at 800-451-2709. Looks like all kinds of property, hills, grasslands, woods, houses and barns. A couple have ponds on them.

You can go to the website and look at the land parcels and get an idea of what is for sale. My wife and I spent one Sunday and drove around and look at a few places. There were some great places for hunting if someone was to put some time and effort into it. Some places were out in the middle of no where and as we found out you needed a 4 x 4 to get to them.
