...you do stupid things. Like, for instance, trying to sauger fish the Ohio River in mid-January.

buckmasterJB had a snag, I told him to make it look like he had a fish on:

Ice, ice, and more ice. These rocks are hazardous enough for me without it:

Ha ha yeah, been there done that before! You can't catch'em if your not out there right? I fish Willow Island, but want to get down to Racine. I hear the Hybrids are thick down there. You doing any good on the Sauger?

Never got touched that day, but usually we do well there. You do better if you can fish from a boat and get at them vertically, especially this time of year.

We do pretty good in Marietta, haven't gotten out yet been too cold to try the boat, keep us posted on the fishing. Be safe on those rocks!!:yikes:

Those rocks nearly kill me every trip, having ice on them does NOT help! :yikes:

The good thing that day was we had the river all to ourselves! :D :coco:
