With my crossbow in the chairblind. Still looking to get something in the freezer. I want to make some venison chili for S*per Bowl.
My son in law doesnt have to work his second job next week either, so hopefully we will brave the cold and get out together.
I posted a couple of days ago about my lack of experience in the archery department and he and I both will be out when we can.
Hey Outdrjoe, I sent you a PM.
Let me know if you get it.
I am taking my usual pb and j sandwich, apple, and a bag of shelled corn.

Been shooting at my target and i cant get the da*n thing to shoot straight after tightening up the single recurved arm on it.
Maybe i have it off centered? un balanced?
I did measure it from the ends of both sides and it says it is even both ways, but still kicks to the right 12 inches at 40 feet?
where can i get info on how to fix this?

You can't go hunting with that xbow shooting like that!

You need to have somebody look at that for you. I don't work on them so can't/won't give you any advice. Best of luck to you.

Coonskinner, the site is square and level, but the recurved arm where the one set screw holds it down must have agroove spot in the arm since when i tighten it down it does seem to lside offcenter about a quarter inch .I 'm gonna see if i can send it back . I have been looking at a few ofthe Horton xbows and they would be an upgrade for me.
Didnt see anything when i was out the other day.
