Bird ID

Was wondering if any of you could help ID this bird. I know the pictures aren't the best, but they were as close as my folks could get. My father says this critter is twice the size of the red tailed hawks we have around the house. I'm thinking possibly a juvenile bald eagle as we've had bald eagles at the lake just down the hill from the house. Thoughts?

I think you might be right, very possibly a juvenile bald eagle, but its hard to tell from those photos.
