i have ate it raw and i didnt get sick , i lost a bet but i wouldnt do it all the time , has a nasty after taste when its raw

I don't eat the organs from any animal...livers, hearts, brains, gizzards or whatever...buzzards and yotes got to eat too...:D

I dont eat the organs either, if you think about it, the liver is nothing more than a filter. ugh, think I will pass
