Hey does any1 turkey hunt with a croosbow if you do what broadheads do you use and where is your shot placement on the turkey.
Thunderhead 100's, behind the legs, when standing broadside, little lower. We have taken a couple that way.

Fred Bear Archery sold "turkey stoppers" at one time, it was similar to a "washer" with 4 blades the went between the broadhead and the arrow. this gimmick would slow down an arrow from blowing thru whatever you shot but leave a major league hole in a bird. The problem with turkeys is catching them after you shot one. nasty spurs on the legs to cut you open, or crawling thru multiflora rose to retrieve them.
