never... cause the people where i hunt are much to proud to be bought off an wont kick off their freinds an relatives...my brother in law will prolly send yuh up the road a bawlin...not everybuddy can be bought an sold like most doin the leasin to git their fame an endorsments...an what happens when a big deer is kilt...if i were the landowner i'd git a percentage of that an they should...:D leasin will be a biddin war soon an when those with less cash lose out then they will realize what they started...:biggrin:thanks tf for this great thread...

First time this year :nono: Nice piece of timber company land in Jefferson Cty. Hunted it for 15 years, lots of deer coyote and turkey. Leased all their property out this year. Can't fault them it's a business.

I read where it has been proposed that parts of the Wayne National Forest is going to be leased for logging and oil drilling and that the lease holder will also hold the hunting rights on those tracts - dang :mischeif:

Its ashame that people lose there hunting land to the highest bidder now. Everybody wants the money and the heck with years of tradition. Hunting turned mainstream just like all the other sports in this world. Hopefully i never have to worry about that.

That all depends on how and why you lost your properties you hunted???????????
I say if you picked up 6 for the price of one your damn lucky

We lost our best place this year. A guy from florida leased it for three years, but the neighbors caught him spot lighting so he went back home. The lady said we can hunt it while he isnt here:mischeif: So when and if he comes back hopefully the GW will be paying him a visit!
