got a Glenfield mod "75" at a yard sale Sun'
lady said don't work. CRUD CRUD ever were
got it clean [2.1/2 hr] it work good now.
put a 2x7-32 scope on it, took it to range
hold a 1/2in groop at 50yrd will use this little
gun for Tree Rat's [used CCI m mag ]:D

It's fun finding those "NOT WORKING" guns. Just a little elbo grease and "WHAMMMM!!!!! Cool!!! How much did you give for it?

work to do on it want to take it all a part and
reblue it and and do some work on the wood

A Friend of mine had a Glenfield 22 that his dad gave to him. It was a mess!. I do not think it was ever cleaned. It would not fire. Im told him to give it to me for a few days ,and I would see if I could do anything with it. I cleaned it inside and out. It looked like a new gun!!!!!!!. I put in some Win. 2x's and it did a amo at 50yds. I put a old weaver 4x on it so his young son could use it for hunting! You could not believe there "EYE"S when they saw and shot it. Made there day.

I just picked up a Savage Mod 5. Its in like new shape. it was made in the late 30's. It has original peep site also. this gun is a dream !!!!!
