Mosquito Creek Hunts

Anybody hear anything of any deer being taken of there so far? My son & I are heading there this weekend and are hoping for his first deer kill. Thanks, hunter0516

I believe a few have been taken. They are supposedly seeing alot though. I'm pretty sure 2 nice mature bucks(4-5 yr olds) have already been taken there. Should be a good hunt. Good luck to you and your boy.

I took my nephew there last month. We seen about ten deer. All does. We did see one real nice buck taken out of section C13. The weather was terrible. When we left around 4pm i think there were 7 deer cked in for the day. We hunted section C across from office.

Yeah I took my son last year. Early Oct and very hot and saw nothing. Hunted all day. A few deer taken, all does. We go back this weekend, sounds like we are gonna get wet/snow. But at least we will be able to see better with the leaves gone and all. We are in b6.

As much as Mosquito gets hunted, you can hardly call it a refuge anymore.
