What are you opinions on customized arrow wraps? I like the idea of having my arrows look unique, lame or cool? Here is a design I'm considering using with 2 green and 1 white fletching.

How do those work? I would like to get those OHIO ones you ones you have there Buckmaster.
Do you just peel off the backing and roll the arrows on them or........

I'm pretty sure that is how they work, RGecko. It's good to see a fellow Bobcat on here!

If you go to the "arrows" section of the boards on archerytalk there's a guy who will customize anything you want on a wrap, he does some really cool stuff

Just remember, JB...when you customize your arrows and someone sees a deer walking around with one of them stuck in its neck, everyone will know you did it! :yikes:
How soon will you have these so I can start fletching for you?

Well, the wraps have been ordered and I just got my new Goldtips in the mail from cabelas...after I ordered them I realized they'd have the Goldtip wrap about a 3rd of the way down the shaft..do you think I could hit it with some Acetone to remove it? would it damage the carbon?

would look better on a 1950 ford...jus doan look like somethin like that should be on an arrah but i guess it screams speed...so its gonna be popular with that...i do like the bobcats though...but i doan think they got enough speed this yr...i prefer real paint or nuthin on muh arrahs...

I think that those wraps would look great. Good looking design. I have some custom Ohio State wraps on my Easton Axis FMJ's now. It's a pretty sweet setup. The look great on the arrow, they are definatley unique! Ill have to post of a pic of them on here sometime! If i ever load the pic's to my computer  !!!!!!!!!!

JB, you might try a hair dryer to heat them up and see if you can remove them easier then. Knowing who you live with, I would find it impossible to believe that there is not a hair dryer in the house somewhere.

I will add that the mostly white wraps are awesome for locating "misplaced" arrows. A few days ago I told my roommate he had to shoot my new bow, and he did with one of my wrapped arrows. He has never used a thumb release like mine and before I could stop him I heard my arrow skipping through leaves (and this was nearly at dark). I walked out back last night and found it in about 2 minutes. :D

Those are sweet, I especially like the blue design. They would look awesome with orange or yellow fletchings

I don't mean to sound like I'm pimpin' - just passing along what I have found to be a good product.
A fellow Buckeye. Also a sponsor on the Slunger Hollow Productions videos.
I've personally purchased from him before. Very affordable and good quality arrow wraps.
I agree with the white arrow fletch. Easy to track with the eye while in flight to the point of impact and much easier to find afterwards.
Also what I've found to be effective is the reflective wraps. Your arrows will light up like a roadsign in the dark when a flashlight beam is shined on them.

Well i finally loaded the pictures of my 2008 Axis FMJ's with the Buckeye wraps. I will post my 2007 setup also!
2008 Axis FMJ's, Ohio State wraps, Blazer vanes, and lumenocks. The white blazers with orange nocks were my gameday arrows and the black blazers with the green nocks were my practice arrows:

Here is my 2007 setup with blazer vanes, Bohning wraps, and Axis nocks. And again, i used white blazers for hunting and black for practice, although you cannot see the black blazers in this pic:

I really like the OSU wraps, I like the logo centered on the wrap instead of at the bottom like mine are. The FMJ's are badass, too!

Man I am disappointed. I was looking forward to fletching these for you...looks like you cheated on me. I will never forgive you.
The arrows look awesome...and I hope the fletchings all fall off!
