hello all, i am new to the forum and am really glad i found an OHIO specific forum for fishing. I fish East Fork Lake quite often and really need to find a new fishing hole. can anyone offer any new fishing holes that you seem to have good luck at? I do not have a boat so only do shore fishing.

i have taken a drive down to the ohio river but i never caught anything. too much traffic and wind was blowing really hard. i was only there once though, so not sure of any good fishing spots along that river.

on the same note, how bout fishing in the fall/winter. any lakes good for that?

any help would greatly be appreciated.

fish the section of the river about 1 mile or 2 downstream from the dam off of elklick road towards the end great during the winter for sauger and awesome in the spring and fall for smallies, there rock bass to but unless you whip out the ultralite its no fun, you can try the little spill way on eastfork little miami right off of 132 before you get into downtown batavia, goooooood sauger fishing ive had some ove 18 inches down there. good luck
