What type of Bow

What type of traditional bow do you prefer...Longbow or recurve?

Also, do you shoot with a sight or without, Shoot off the shelf or a rest?

Wooden, Aluminum, or carbon?

some bows you use your hand for a rest...:D its that way on my self bows...:D

but its recurves for me...:D an some can not be shot of the shelf because they were designed not to be shot that way...:eek: so i use elevated rests with them...:eek:a couple of my bows have sights,they were on it when i bought them...i like wood arrows but use alum. mainly...
