I will not say, I like them both if they are done right;) . I have a thing I call Turkey rolls and they are great:D , heck I can not get them out of the fryer fast enough for the Boys:( .
With the Geese I skin them and trim all the fat off I can and you can use it just like beef.
The rolls are stuffed with hot peppers, sour cream and cheese, dipped 2 times in a batter and then deep fryed:cool: . I need 2 breast to feed just my family of 6:rolleyes: .
If I get all that are telling me that they are going to be here for my hunt I will need abut 6 or more geese:confused: .
I hope that Paws will help with the cooking:cool: .

Hey 7th I would like that reapie also. Sounds exalent. I also skin my ducks and geese. one thing I do is breast them out marinade them and wrap them in bacon and aluminum foil and bake them. I have had people that dony like duck or goose tell me they loved them. may be we can swap some recipies, I have a few for dove and rabbit also.:D :D :D :cool: I also can understand the skinny cook, I look like one hell of a good cook LOL :D

8 days boys and girls and counting. I helped bust most of a box of clay birds this past week and have one box left to try, if I can stop Alex from over shooting me on my birds I could have said that I busted more of them;) .
Is this month ever going to end:( . I am looking forward to the first weekend and getting my friends up here for a hunt, this will be some of there first time to try for Geese.

Frank, I am still waiting to get my shotgun back from the gunsmith. He told me, he should have it done by this coming week. I'm sweating bullets, no pun intended. That he gets it done. If he don't I have 2 other friends that have offered to let me use their guns. There is just something about using your own gun though. as far as the pout hous goes, it is going to take me a little longer than I first planned. I now want one with indoor plumming to, seeing as the next little one looks like another girl.

Good thing you did not make it over today, they had someone going out and had there stuff there forsale, selling a New in the box Rem 870 SP w/28" shot and 20" rifled bb for $265. I do like the Charls Daily that I got and for Duck, Goose and Turkey it is as good a gun as I have shot, Waly-world has them here for $299. That is not bad for a self-loader.
I told you to get the pout house ready, and that is what friends are for:cool: . Just don't tell Mommy whare I live, and this may be one that you let slide till after the hormooooons get back to norm:eek: .
