I am thinking about purchasing the CVA optima elite...stainless...camo... 2 barrels .270 and .50 muzzle...
Has anyone shot this? Any comments? I will get it for around $580. The TC with the same options is around $700 with one barrel. Is the TC really worth that much more especially considering it only comes with one barrel? I usually believe that you get what you pay for. But sometimes you pay for a name more than anything.
Thanks in advance

I've got the optima pro and absolutely love it.I really think you'll like too :bouncy:
I have the optima Pro it shoots as accurate as my deer rifles.
Shot my buck in OH. 2 years ago at 150 yards and I would have never taken that shot if I didnt have 100% confidence in that gun. Pike

I have an Encore muzzleloader in a 45cal. also have other barrels. My favorite barrel is a 15" 25/06 they all work great, but my hunting partner has a optima and thats does just as well. The encore just gives you a few more choices,I just looked at the Knight it comes with a 2 barrel set ,I think it was a 50 and a 300 win mag .BB
