seems rich likes to play both sides of the fence.he complained that there was an oral agreement at wva concerning his contract but when it come to joe tiller it seems that an agreement has to be in writing.

"He said Purdue coach Joe Tiller's criticism of Rodriguez's last-minute signing of a Purdue oral commitment was a topic of conversation at the conference coaches' meetings last week. "We got a big chuckle out of that -- all the coaches talked about that," Rodriguez said.

When pressed about the conversations and whether there's a gentleman's agreement to avoid committed recruits, Rodriguez stood his ground. "We didn't write an agreement down. ... That's what I got a kick out of. I didn't see any memos across the desk, and nobody could recollect anything."

The first thing you should know is the Freep is totally anti UM. Secondly, I think about 50 coaches a year and millions of americans change jobs every year. Jeffmo, since your so clueless about recruiting, pay attention here. The whole gentlemens agreement is some far fetched whiny excuse for Tiller to use because Roundtree seen a better offer and better education at UM (His exact words). What nobody seems to know is that RR was recruiting Roundtree AT WV but Rountree told him he preferred to stay in the big 10 and liked the academics better. The best part is old Cheater McSweatervest himself chimed in saying the Gentlemens agreement must only be for Gentlemen. Well, at that same time on the day before national signing day, Tressell was calling Patrick Omameh, an OL comitt to UM, trying to sway him the last minute to the dark side. Then he goes and steals a commit this year from Illinois (Melvin Fellows). Oh, but when asked about it, he says Melvin called him or wrote a letter or some BS. Hell, we got Shaw to decomitt from PSU last year also and we never heard Paterno say a word. Did anybody see that Iowa WR decomitt and switch to MSU yesterday? Somebody better inform Dantonio of this "Gentlemens agreement" Hundreds, and I mean hundreds of recruits comitt and decomitt every year. Happens to nearly every team. If you doubt anything I'm saying, ask Fish'n'Fool, he's a well informed Buckeye loyalist who tell the truth.

Obviously you don't know the Freep or Jim Carty from the Aan Arbor News! They've been anti-UM since the whole Moeller fiasco in 1994 I believe.
