Have any of you ever used the Carbon Express "Terminator" series? If so what do you think about them?

They should be just as good as the CX & the CX 3-D shafts. I haven't shot the Terminator Series but I have tried the other two and they are both great shafts. If your wanting them to hunt w/ then go with the Terminator's but don't use them to shoot 3-D cause they are a pain to pull out. That camo finish just adheres to the foam and after 30 targets your ready for a visit to the doctor.
Just my .02 cents worth!

I've shot them. Mine were Terminator Selects and had a black finish to them. They are a little heavier then the 2 Spitfire mentioned but are a very reliable hunting arrow.

I was thinking about going with the Carbon express hunting arrow, but just couldn't get away from my beman ics hunter 400's. I do like the CX series ... very light weight and improves speed by a few feet per second .. I think. So many arrows so many deer.

good luck.

I've heard good and bad things about them.

rjolenic- I used to shoot ics's. But, I had a buddy of mine show me a little trick about them. Usually on a 3d target you just about have to give a carbon arrow a little twist to get them to come out. Well, on a ics shaft when you twist them it brakes them down on the inside (not noticable to the eye) but lay one flat on a flat surface and roll it to check to see if it's warped. Everyone that I had twist to get out was. May have been a couple bad batches that we got though. Just my .02

thanx for the info guys. Have any of you that shoot 3-D targets ever put WD-40 on you arrows? They seem to come out so much easier.

I used Blackhawk Vapors last yr. and had good luck with them....They are straighter than alot of the othermid to low priced carbons out there...They seemed to hold up well but I probably don't shoot as much as alot of you....Did shoot 4 deer with em with no damage to the arrows;-)

So_OHbowhunter:

Thanks for the info on the ICS 400's. I will have to try to keep an eye on them to see if they do what you are talking about.

thanks again,

Very good shaft and durable,if you keep them out of the tree's,Go with what you like not what everybody else is shooting.also what your wallet will let you spend.
