Anybody up for an early season deer hunt in Zaleski? My son and I are going down Oct. 10, 11 & 12. Anybody is welcome to go if you would like.

Wish I could join you guys, but work is busy during October and the first chance we will get to travel is in November when it slows down.

I apreciate it. Unless I get a different job, or my wife gets a promotion, I won't be able to make it down that early.

Well, we could always do a late season hunt. Maybe some muzzleloader action around here. Heck, we could even do some bunny hunting somewhere.

I will be there for saturday and sunday for sure would not miss it for the world,sorry about work but i guess you got to do whats best for you and your family.I will be in for sure for all week next year but with tight vac. schedule i can make it only for the weekend this year and thats really sucks because i was looking forward to this year deer camp more than anybody ,but all i got to say i look out come saturday.

Hey CD, I am still going try and make it for Thursday and Friday but can't promise anything. I am definately going down in November though. I'll be there during the week, Wed - Fri.

Just caribou and Q2XL went to this one. The rest of the Deer camp boys are in their offices and working, we didn't get to go to this one. We will have to wait until November, and by then we won't have any tags left to fill. :D

Well we survived but to warm to hunt.but had a good time ,see you guys in nov. for camp #2

Only saw a few deer,one turkey and a crap load of grays.i wish all you camp boy good luck.

good time heck had a great time .we should have hunted that one area more than we did we might have got a shot on one of them. but that turkey sure was a big one wasnt he. might have too try and go back down too that area and try some bird huntin now.:cool:

I heard that!!! I'm finally going to get the chance to get back in the woods tonight. I haven't had much luck finding time yet this season. It's awful warm today but I'm goingto give it a go anyway.

I meant Oct deer camp now we move on to Nov. deer camp. Hay thunder just look at it this way, there's always next year when you come home.We will keep you in mind and spirit and have a toast to you.
