Not much of a game, unless you use ultra-light gear.

I think any fish not classified as a rough fish is considered a game fish. Actually, it's illegal to INTRODUCE a species of fish into a body of water. Tranporting bluegill from one body of water to another that also contains bluegill is legal. This was clarified from someone on another board. They called the ODNR and this was the answer they were given.

I called today and they said you can't use bluegills or other gamefish from a different body of water . Only fish from the same body of water can be used. You call and see what they tell you and lets us know.

I have a feeling it'll be hard to get a definite answer. I guess it all comes down to the wording, and what the legal definition of "introduce" is.
