I fished the eastern basin starting from the Tate boat ramp.
I'm still trying to refine my crappie technique. (By refine I mean get) I tried the the most southeastern cove first. That's the one thats past the Reisinger road ramp.
I fished this area last week and had some good hits. I drifted a few promising spots but couldn't get hooked up.
I also went up the southeast cove and want as far back as i could and found it's stream had little water running thru it.
Water temp was from 71 to 78 depending.
If there are any bow fisherman reading this you will want to check this place out.
