What is the general opnion on this gun?:bouncy:

b I own six Savage rifles. For accuracies right out of the box they cannot be beat and always felt the quality was good. Until the last one I bought. It is a 22/250 and has now been back to Savage three time for the same problem. 80% of the time it goes click but no boom. Last time back it went boom once and then click once and the the trigger would not pull at all. Like the safety was on but it was not. When Savage sent the rifle back the last time they called and said they had run 60 rounds through the rifle with NO miss fires. No way in hell could they have done what they said when the second round I tried to fire at the store range went click. The store manager even said "there is some thing wrong with this rifle". I guess one bad egg out of six is not all that bad but I really do not feel Savage has treated me in a fair manner. The rifle has been bad at the factory for a month now and I have not heard a word from them. I bought the rifle almost four months ago and have have it in my possession for maybe 12 hours! :irked:
