Finally Bagged Some Walleye

Well, I didn't manage to back up Red on his gurantee in the other thread, but we had a good day. If you count the 8 lb'r that broke Red's stringer our group of three landed 12 fish. I popped 3 with 1 coming on the last cast and it was a nice 24"r.

Thanks for being a great river host Red. I had a ball today! If I don't make it up next week we should look at fishing together later in the summer, maybe a canoe trip for smallies or some Alum saugeye/crappie action(possibly IL).

Had a blast Kyle. We did lose a bunch of other fish as well. I'd love to try a day with you on Alum sometime. Today was a little tougher go. I decided to catch up on some sleep and missed the morning bite. Got there at 10:30 with my nephew and had to do a bit of moving around today before we got our 8 fish. I did catch 2 Walleye on those tails you gave me too. Oh, the carp and suckers love them too:)
