I'm looking to purchase a Trophy - Taker Shakey Hunter arrow rest, but would like to know what they're going for, at your local pro shop. :)

I'm willing to travel an hour or so from the Lima area and I may have to make some phone calls, but thought I'd drop a line here first. :D

The best price I've been able to find online, is from The Archery Warehouse for $64.50 + s&h.

Thank you, Bowhunter57

I have one and have no complaints, right now on ebay there are several for sale under that price. If your not stuck on the shakey hunter, Ive heard good things about the ripcord. But the shakey hunter is great, so I probably won't change. You can get some good deals on ebay right now on archery accessories.

I use to shoot trophy taker religiously until I shot the QAD LD model. You can let down without the arrow falling off and it is a full containment system. More expensive then the TT but it is well worth it.

Thank you, for the replies, gentlemen! :)

Mohican,
I took a look at the QAD Ultra Hunter model and that's what I purchased. I've not had a chance to shoot it, yet, but I will in the next few days. I do like the full containment, but it's a fall away too. A local archery pro shop had this rest for $48. :D

Good hunting, Bowhunter57

Sounds like a good deal 57. Milans? If so he probably installed it for you for that too. You shoot out there much? Hit me up and I'll join you if I can.

deerhunt45,
Yes, Milans. A hunting buddy of mine was telling me about it, so I dropped in and was pleasantly suprised. :)

Nope, I installed it myself. He offered, but I prefer to work on my own bow.

I've never shot out there, but I may contact you to stop out to my house and shoot some, if you like. I have enough yard for 60 yard shots. I'm working a couple of jobs, but am quitting one of them soon and will have more time to enjoy shooting. I'll have to get in touch with you then. :)
