I have been trying to find my fiance some hunting clothes , but i am having a hard time. dont know whether to just go to cabelas or dicks and have her try some stuff on or what. i think we will try the cabelas route in a few weeks when i can get to one. just wondering where some of you guys get your better half's clothes at or if their are any websites out there that are good, i cannot find any good ones on the internet. i just seen in petersons bowhunting that scentblocker dream season has a womens suit now, but dont think i want to spend that much. thanks for any help you can provide.

i had the same problem with my girlfriend .i posted some places in a thred a few months ago . they were heading-outdoors.com , outdoordepot.com and orvis .com . you can take her to dicks ,gander ,cabelas for coat , shirts , the normal stuff .but you will want to get her a comfortable pair of womans pants ,dont try to cram her into a mans pair because boy will you hear about when you start to walk and she gets uncomfortable it will be a good day for no one .dicks had a sale going i got my girlfriend and daughter coats shirts hats boots gloves everything but pants for 180 for both of them ..
if you dont want to spend alot there was one pair of mens pants a woman could wear .basic military issue bdu 's .they are not sized like normal clothes .if your tall and skinny you would want a med, long .shorter and a little heavier large ,short .they come in sm med and lg waist sizes and long and short leg lenghts .any army navy store should have them in stock .good luck

I buy most of my technical clothing from Campmor.com. Things like fleece pants, nylon pants, insulated tights, long underwear. Lots of manufacturers make hiking clothes for women. Then I layer Cabela's mens camo jacket and pants overtop. In really warm weather (like the end of turkey season), I usually just have on a pair of shorts and a t-shirt under my camo set. I buy the camo just a little big so that in the winter, I can fit them over a heavy pair of fleece pants. I also have a blaze camo parka for gun season and it is a men's park from Cabela's. And I have a pair of small men's brush pants that used to be my husband's before I started cooking for him. LOL! Anyway, I really like those for rabbit hunting even if the waist is too big for me. Fits my hips just fine. ;)
What it boils down to is I buy bargain women's hiking clothes from Campmor and layer men's camo on top. Oh, and for warm fall weather, I do have a couple camo tops, but they are both men's sizes. Works for me.

Not sure what size she is, but my fiance is 5'5" and 130lbs. so she sizes up with a 14 year old boy and all of the clothing she has is mainly boys XL stuff. We can outfit her with boys clothing way cheaper than we can the stuff that is designed just for women. Hell this spring, she found UnderArmour Cold Gear told and bottoms in camo at Cabelas for $10 bucks a piece...
