Has anyone tried Lucky Buck Minerals??? My bow shop just started carrying it and of course they say it is the best, but I'd thought I check with you all.

Here is a link I found for their product http://www.lucky-buck.com (http://www.lucky-buck.com) It doesn't really tell much about it, or what's in it, only how good it is.

Any opinions would be great.

Thanks,
KEVIN

Save your money, friend. Bowhunter1023 was kind enough to post a commentary on here with instructions for his mineral mix. Everything can be bought at a feed store or a Tractor Supply. Here is the link to his post: http://www.ohiosportsman.com/forum/showthread.php?t=19951

He promises that he'll post more regarding minerals next week...stay tuned!

Thanks guys. That is an awesome post. Those 20# buckets of Lucky Buck are $17 ea. Looks like I can make almost 10 times that for about the same price or just a few dollars more.

Thanks again! :D

I just put some of this very mixture out last night, and we are putting a lot more out tonight on my buddy's place. This is the first time I have mixed my own and I was a little surprised at the smell. It actuall smells pretty good!

I do have a friend who uses Lucky Buck and he gets a lot of bucks using his licks, but I just bought 200lbs of minerals using the above recipe for under $40.

Bough some lucky buck last year and tried it throughout the year near my bowstand. It does get hit regularly, but the stumps and ground arent getting tore up like advertised.
