your in tha stand after months of dedicated scoutin, you know your in a spot hold some big bucks. it's early and the sun has just peaked over the trees behind you. as you stand in tha tree with bow in hand, fresh and confident after preparing your bow/gun all year, you are confronted with 2 bucks sizing each otherup, all within 20yds of your stand. one is a beautiful 200 class Typical(perfect), and the other is a beautiful 200 Non-Typical(with the famous drop tine). as you wait for the perfect shot, you know you have one shot, for one deer. both are broadside, ignoring their surroundings and oblivious to the fate that will become of one of them. then it comes down to...WHICH ONE?????

What deer do you prefer to show off to your buddies??

Do you have any pictures.....??? lol That would be a tough one. I guess I would take the one that looked the best to me at the time.

to me it really would not matter 200 inches is 200 inches either would be great. but if i had to choose i would probably shoot the typical just for the simple fact that you rarly hear of a 200+ inch typical deer being shot.

That should be easy for anyone. Shoot the typical. A 200" typical is much more impressive than a 200" non-typical. Make that a 300" non-typical and you have a compairison that would make me think.

I don't know that is def. a tough question that would probably have to be answered on instict at the time. I would have to say i would shoot the typical being that it is more rare to see a typical 200 incher than a non-typical 200 incher. The droptine would be hard to pass though.

I would shoot the typical, he is much more rare than the non-typical. Also because I have already taken a big non-typical with a drop tine close to 200".
