Harrison County

Hi folks! I am looking for lease in Harrison County. I would like to find an existing lease and go in with some other guys. If you know of anything I would appreciate the help.

Of course if you know of a good farm that would allow me to hunt for free that would even be better! :)

There's an awful lot of public land in Harrison County. It's really not that crowded either.:bouncy:

How is the hunting at Jockey Hollow?

I spend alot of time around that area, and I don't think there are enough people that hunt the area. I've seen deer and turkey while there...especially when I'm in the truck. If you get off of Nottingham Road, you can walk the entire area and not see another person.

I hunt around the Piedmont Lake area, and there are very few hunters in the woods arund there. I would give that area a try if you didn't want to pay for a lease. There are some big deer in the area too.
