This is my dads from 2 years ago, out of the same field.

Now mine... this year.. They both have the odd ball point on the end of there right side, and both have short funky brow tines.

wow, definately some similarities, I would have to agree that there is some of the same genetics in both deer...great buck and I bet you dont rub it in that yours is bigger do ya...hehe

I agree with 88, if they aren't brothers they are 1st cousins. Neat pics Epe and congrats on the deer this year. By the way you look like your dad :)

He knows mine is bigger.. :D I really don't say anything, We both are just happy when one of us gets a deer. Now I do give him major crap for shooting his deer out of MY treestand.... He has missed a couple big ones out my stands... Missed one this year out of one our other spots that may have been bigger than mine this year...

There are some definite similarities there.

I know all about having Dad shoot deer out of my stands. It's happened to me 3 times. The three rank #1, 2, and 4 in size for my dad. They were taken during gun season while I was in college. I couldn't get out of school.
