Hello, everyone, well lookls like i recieved a new assignment to Cleveland, my wife (TRACI) and i along with our 2 kids, Brittany(13) and Randy(10) are very excited to beheading that way since our last 2 years have been in Sunny San Diego, yes it's beutiful and a great place, but it's not us, were from Sault Ste Marie, MI and we all missed the seasons and outdoors. As you could guess there is NO hunting in Southern California, unless one was to travel quite far and at quite a expense. Being on a CG Patrol boat, (CGC Zephyr) were very busy so the time to go anywhere was better spent with the Wife and Family since our Patrols were Frequent and long.
So lets hear the good the bad and anything and i mean Anything you could pass on t oaid our desision on where to live, rent or buy. As i stated we have the two kids so schools do matter, as well as the local for the family. I really enjoy archery hunting, rather do that than gun, but i still partake when the seasons come around. Right now we are underway and i'd enjoy any info or advise on what and where, mabye even some pointers on area's to look into to Bow Hunt. Unfortunatly i'm addicted to the outdoors so i look for any excuse from walking the dog, to skipping out on work a little early to just "look" a place over, you giuy's know what i'm talking about, seems i'm always sizing up the trees or area to see what the wildlife is up to. Drop a line and say hi. Thanks

Easter suburbs are the best if you ask me. The west side seems to be pretty flat topography. The east has some character to it IMO. I grew up in Kirtland, and now reside in Auburn. The snow out there is the best and your commute will be 20-45 min depending on where you buy. There is a lot of hunting in the area (about 30 min outside the big city). The housing bubble in the city has busted and the suburbs are starting to be affected. This is a good time for you to come into a house. Let me ask you a couple of questions. What is your price point for your house? What type of house are you looking for? What kind of ammenites does your wife want? No, I'm not a realtor, but I have lived in the area for 28 years. Those answers could really help us help you somemore.
