When are they shutting it down? I was thinking about heading up that way tuesday evening for a bit. How's the bite at willow island?

the word is that its going to be around the 1st of march, but not sure.....as long as the water is right there has been alot of fish

Hi Bill, long time no here from. Talk to ur cous now and then and he told me about the Hydro. Shame, I can remember up here before they put the Hydro here in New Martinsville. Shore anglers had a blast before, now its tangle city with all the back currents and such. :irked: But, the boat fisherman still have real good luck. The fish are still here, just harder to fish off shore at the Dam. They make it REEEAL PURRRRTEE with all the fishin piers and fish cleaning station and restrooms. Talk to any DNR person and he'll tell ya how nice you got it. :rolleyes: Heard your makin bookoo money now and you dont even have time to fish. :p Just kiddin. Anyway glad to hear from you. Seen they stocked Mountwood Friday. Are you goin to Wolf Run after they stock? Ketcha later buddy.

i was layed off for about 2 weeks, fished mountwood alot, did pretty good there..........going to wolf run if i can, just went back to work monday, starting next week im suppose to be on seven 12's for 4 weeks down at the mountaneer plant..........at least the road will not be so bumpy up there....it really does hurt the fishing though.........bought me a boat, so i will still catch fish there when i have the time...............:yikes:

well guys went by there yesterday, its still open for fishing, rumor has it that the bid on the job was pushed back a few months, good luck:coco:
