Perch and walleye fishing is excellant. Perch during the day and walleyes at night. Shiners are getting a bit scarce. I use crappie minnows from the inland shops and do as well. I like the crappie minnows better because they last longer in the buckett. The walleyes are caught trolling cranks. Huskies, and Rogues. Clown, mettalic, and blue on chrome all work. Put in the time and you'll limit on each species. Good eats.

Sorry a little late been busy but anyway....Fished out of Edgewater the last two Friday's for walleye. Last friday we perch fished for a little bit before trolling on got about 10. Trolled the gold coast for walleye at sundown. For the trip we ended up with the 10 perch 4 walleye biggest going 27 smallest going 23 and 2 smallmouth pushing 5 pounds. This past Friday we got 5 walleye the biggest and one of the ones I caught 29 inches@10 lbs then a 27,26,25,23. Ohh and the two biggest farm animals I have ever seen the one I caught looked like it had 2 softballs down its gut. That and the walleye both Fish O's but it's not like the farm animal counts but this is bar far my biggest walleye to date. Hope this helps if the lake is good at nigh hit the Gold Coast boats everywhere from what I know mostly everyone is getting nice size fish no dinks to be found.
