Did anybody go to the show? How was it?

There seemed to be a pretty decent turnout. Not as high as some years but better than others. I think a lot of people were fishing because the weather was decent and the forecast was for the rivers to be blown out pretty quickly. Could have used a couple more of the local shops. You'd think with the potential for Cabela's moving into the area they'd do everything they coould to strengthen their presence in the area before this happens.

I had a great time tying and showing people how to tie the patterns I was working with. They seemed to be pretty interested in them which was especially cool since this was the first time I'd tied at a show or done any kind of public tying outside of our club meetings.

The Midwest Expo is coming up in early March, this is usually a good show. Loads of exibitors and seminars.

Without a doubt! I usually tryo to get there every other year. It happens to fall right around my wife and I's birthdays as well as our anniversery. It's pretty cool that we actually have done that trip as an anniversery weekend out!
