I seen that about a 6 months ago. It had to hurt and it makes you wonder about him with that part of his skull missing.

I think thats flesh, and the point stuck him in the skull and they Cut / pulled it out with that ring O flesh on the razorpoint...........makes my Marbles hurt just thinking about it ya know ????

If thats skull chunk on there I guess hes got him a port hole !!! :D

Wow, just when you thought you seen it all another one comes up. From the looks of it since it was cut out surgically, after they took the the point out of the flesh it was then sewn back in place or at least we have the modern technology for doing it. I can't imagine the guy not wanting that big HUNK out of his head not sewn back it in unless he is is either koo-koo or a better man that I am. :D But I would like to hear the story behind the event that caused it, it gives new meaning to the word ARROWHEAD. :D :D :D ;)

TF, saw this several months back.
Apparently his brother shot him. They were sitting close together and the story gets a bit murky. Seems he swung over to shoot. They say the fact that he was so close the arrow never had a chance to get to full speed and probably saved him.
