Hey Guys-
I am going to relocate to Columbus in January for work and am tossing around whether or not to bring my Yamaha Kodiak with me, or sell it. Are there many public places to ride in Ohio around Columbus? I will also plan on deer hunting in Ohio as well and wanted to know if an atv is a must have here like it is in Texas.
Thanks, Jon

If you sell that bike, you will regret it. There are some great trails within 90 minutes of you in Wayne National Forest. Ohio has some great riding. And if you plan on killing these big Ohio deer down in the hollers around here, you're gonna need a 4-wheeler to get them out, or a whole lot of buddies.

However, I don't think you can use the quad on the forest for hunting. I think you can only use it on the forrest in designated areas. However, I am no expert on the ATV regs.

Oh yeah, gotta keep'em on designated trails, you can't even go off the trail to turn around... I found out when a Ranger gave me a 160$ fine for going off main trail to turn around... I was literally 30 feet off the main drag... :(
WNF is probably less than 90 minutes from C-bus... it takes us about an hour to get to C-bus and another 45 minutes to get to Wayne...
