Mineral lick (pics)

I read a recent article about mineral licks along with a thread from the bowhunting forum (Chance posted a "recipe"). I bought the ingredients from a grain elevator and laid them on some local property across the street from my sub (there's a LOT of deer in the suburban area but there's no hunting allowed).

Hmmm. I don't know why the pics aren't showing in the thread like they do on MS.com?
