im taking my older sisters oldests son deer hunting for the first time he is 17 now and has a youth hunting licence and tags.
the thing is he turns 18 the 29th and my sister is content on th fact the must he must get all new adult licences and tags.
i cant find any thing in the rules and regs nor have heard of this before so if anyone can help me that would be great

she will read be reading this forum and she is quite the anti hunter and it took me and andy(my nephew) a long time to convince her to let me take her son hunting with me so please be nice

The license he was eligible to purchase on the day he purchased it is good for the season. No need to buy anymore. In fact he might be in violation of the law if he tried to purchase more licenses.

I've got 2 older sisters and I'll always be their "baby brother".

I had the same issues with youth licenses when my sons turned 18, I made sure we bought them those years while they were still 17.

I will be 18 for the second gun weekend and muzzleloader, but will be using my youth liscence and tag.
