Is it legal to sell or buy wild Mushrooms in Ohio?

Don't know, and I'm not sure who to ask. I guess an E-Mail to the DNR would be a start, but I don't think they would set the rules on that.

Lots of people do it, I have even saw them for sale in small stores...I think it is legal

i'd say to sell to the open public you would need some sort of vendors license. selling on the side of the road or at swap shops is one thing and not likely to be hassled about it, but let 1 complaint rise up and i'm sure their inspectors would have you on the list.
