Just alittle poll here to see what type of sights you use when shooting a 3-d course
You can vote for more than one if you shoot both types or all three

Fixed pins ever since i've started. I'd like to have a scope, but can't justify the cost of one and they kinda take the fun outta it.
thats what i thopught too 5 cent till i got a scope and shot it last weekend at a 3d course and man was it fun.ive only been shootin for 4 years and usually shoot hunter class till a buddy and i decided to get scopes and try them out.it is pretty cool shootin them.

Something tells me there aren't a whole lot of 3-Ders on here...............
By the way, I don't use a sight, or a bow for that matter. I just use the 'FORCE'. The arrow floats from my hands right to the 10 ring..........
okay now ive heard everything;)

I use Impact Archery's Cosmic on a slide. Single pin, bright as the sun and fully adjustable. It does put you in another class than fixed pins in some tourneys though.

O.K......here's what I use when I'm not floating arrows with the 'FORCE".
Martin Cougar, straight limb, Fury X cams, 52#, 26in draw.
CXL 150's...flying at 280fps.
24" Doinker stabilizer, side bar with a 4" Doinker, Sure-Loc sight, Trophy Taker rest, Extreme 3x Scope, Stanslawski release.
Hey Q2XL.......I forgot to tell ya last weekend I shot a 292/300 at Canvasback. I got whooped on by a 298 and a 294-took third. Pretty easy course. One of my best scores of the year so far. Hopefully you guys will make it up this way for a shoot this year...........

Been there and done that w/ a scope. Only fixed pin on my bow. I hunt w/ fixed pin so why not practice w/ them also. I like knowing my equipment inside and out once I step in the woods, that way I have no worries and all the confidence in the world when a deer is within range.
we will se what we can do there look ma always lookin to try different shoots
