Asking price is $89,500. I have interiors and boat dock photos, but nothing new with the exterior. I hope to get down and take some as soon as the rain lets up. I can PM you pix if you want to see what I've got. The only reason we are selling is that we are moving full time to another lake.

You would think that a retired photographer would have a bunch of pix and I'm sure I do somewhere in this mess. We'll be heading to the cottage in a couple of hours and the camera will be with me. I'll send pix Sunday, but we should be there all day today (Friday) and part of Saturday depending on the weather if anyone wants to stop by. Address is 8050 Maple, Sherrodsville, but it's in Sunset Valley off of 542. Take Lombardy off of 542 and you'll end up at Maple.

Interior and exterior pix are now available. Just either PM or e-mail me and let me know what you want and if your isp can handle larger photos or you want them shrunk.

We can also arrange a viewing for anyone interested. Price is negotiable. We love this cottage and its location, but taking care of it and another home is not leaving enough time to fish and hunt.

After figuring what we paid for the cottage and the improvements we made, we decided to ask $79,500 instead of the $89,500.
