340 acres for lease in Hocking County

I have a 340 acre hunting lease in Hocking County near the Vinton County line that I would like to sub-lease.

The ground is EXCELLENT deer habitat with thickets, hardwoods and a mixed fruit orchard. Hunting presure has been held to a minimum for over 10 years.

I'd like to lease the deer hunting and keep the turkey hunting rights if possible but all is negotiable.

My reason for sub-leasing is that the property is 45 minutes from my house and I only made it out there twice last year.
