It's a Pacu. I used to have a few of them when I was stationed in California.

Someone probably let it go from their fish tank.

I wouldn't mount it, but I'd fry it up.

I'd take it home and bury it in the garden for fertilizer. Its not native to Ohio waters.

invasive species... I'd toss it up on the bank and let it turn to a bunny... That's what my grandpa always did with carp and taught me to do the same. They really turn into bunnies too!! lol
