We have a few--4 maybe 5--- RV rental lots up here near Clare, Michigan. About 200 miles north of Toledo.
Don't know if there is any demand for what we are trying to do so just tossing this out.
These lots are in a boring community made up of old line families with a good number of Amish also. When I say boring it is just slow living in the country with not a lot of high powered activity.
The lots are from one half acre to a couple of acres with room to grow a garden etc.
We are looking for folks who will use the lot from April thru October for 2000.00 and can have use of the lot the other months at no additional cost.
