Fellow QDMA members,
The Southeastern Ohio Branch (SEOB) is having our first ever QDMA banquet.
Date: February 15th, 2007
Place: The Inn at Hocking College
Time: 6:00PM, dinner starts between 7:00PM-7:30PM
We will be having silent auctions, raffles, and live auctions. Items to include T/C Encore ProHunter & Omega muzzleloaders, Mathews bow, Horton crossbow, youth gun, Cuddeback digital camera, white gold diamond heart pendant, Lake Erie fishing trip for 6, Adult/Youth Doe Bow hunt with cabin stay, 2 nights cabin stay + 1 day of shed hunting at Moreland Cabins, hotel stays, wildlife prints, knives, deer antler pens, food plot seed, deer minerals, carbon arrows, broadheads, Budweiser merchandise, deer processing, hunting DVDs, The Wilds family pass, restaurant gift certificates, t-shirts, hats, movie passes + many other items.
A flier and order form is attached for your convenience. As noted check should be made payable to SEOB QDMA and mailed to Henry Barrows at the address noted. Credit cards (MasterCard/VISA) will be accepted the night of the banquet only and is not available for the early bird raffle discount. The early bird special is $300 worth of raffle tickets for $100 to try to encourage people to let us know if they are coming, but must be received by a branch officer, myself or postmarked by Feb 10th. Please RSVP so that we can have adequate seating and dinners for all attendees.
