Merango Anyone???

Anyone been to the Merango Swamp Ride down in Louisiana?? Its usually first weekend of June and it makes money for the WISH I COULD foundation. It is a blast, this link will tell alittle about it, and sheck out the pictures...Suicide Hole.......is just that. 16 miles of flooded swamp, snakes, crayfish, alligator....it there and alot of stinking mud. If anyone is intrested in going and would like to try to get together let me know, I didnt make it last year due to my move here, but year before last there were over 3,000 atvs...its a blast!

I like the pic of the older lady with the cig in her hand. Lol that was good. It looks like it would be a good time, but traveling 900 miles to trash my quad isn't too enticing to me right now. Plus I've been to Lousiana and there were too many darn bugs and snakes and things I have never seen before.

Yeah, I just went through the pics....my son said it wasn't near as wet last year as it was the previous years. When I went year before last we left the start line at 0700 and by 1300 we had gone about 5 miles....its a 16 mile ride. The woods were flooded and 3,000 four wheelers really get it rutted. Its fun though....going to see if I can find some previous years pics...
