Attached you will find information about the upcoming Fish and Wildlife Conference to be held on February 2, 2007 at the Fawcett Center in Columbus Ohio. President-Elect Ken Cunningham has put together a great program this year with a Keynote Theme entitled: Fish and Wildlife Diseases: Under the Microscope.

Three Keynote speakers will provide insight on wildlife disease issues that have risen to the forefront of the fish and wildlife management community. Dr. Richard Slemons will share the latest information on Avian Influenza. Professor William P. Shulaw will review the recent research findings that highlight the complex nature of Chronic Wasting Disease (CWD) and Dr. Yan Zhang will discuss the issues involved with Viral Hemorrhagic Septicemia Virus (VHSV).

The afternoon session will continue to feature interesting presentations relating to fish and wildlife research and management.

I apologize if you have already received this. See you at the conference!

I don't think that's an event my wife would want to attend for her birthday.

What girl wouldn't want to spend her birthday discussing the issues involved with Viral Hemorrhagic Septicemia Virus?

Andy, if I ever had the chance to ask your wife this question:

What is VHS?

and she said anything other than an outdated way to watch movies, I would be flabbergasted.
