New Member Registration Issues...

A buddy of mine is trying to register to become a member of our site. Everytime he tries to register, he gets an error saying that the administrator has banned his email address. What the heck is this all about???:rant: Please let me know what the heck is going on and what he might be doing wrong.

Is he using a yahoo or hotmail email address? Seems like those email accounts were all banned?

Yeah, it is a yahoo account.
