Think about it guys....the rental units on the property bring in $625 a month, and if you wanted to look at it as an investment...the main dwelling would easily rent fot $600 or $650 a month....there's your mortgage payment, and you could still pull your camper in and hunt the "back 40" whenever you wanted! Another option would be to sell the rentals off for 30k to 40k apiece and you would still have around 33 acres and a 3300 square foot home for under 200k!

If it's such a great deal, why leave it??

Not trying to be a smart a$$.

The property is owned by my father...He and Mom built the house and planned on living there for the rest of their lives. Sadly, Mom passed away a couple of years ago, and I think that the place just has too many memories, so Dad has decided to sell.
