This is a good thing for anglers of both states.

http://www.ohiodnr.com/news/mar03/0328fishing.htm

For some reason I could not post it on the Front Page News, I tried doing it the same way as I always did and it worked before. Is there something wrong with the system or is it operator error ?

:D

The fair thing to do for all involved. Ohio and WV have had the same agreement for years now. By boat, you can fish up to the first riffle of all the creeks and tributaries entering the Ohio..TF

This agreement states that any angler from either state can fish either bank with either license only, however you cannot fish past the mouth of any tributary or to the first dam or riffle without either a resident or non-resident license of the state that your going into (Oh/Ky).. Most folks will get that mixed up... So read it carefully ! ! !

common sense should prevail...on pushing the law to fishing all the rivers in the state that connect to the ohio...if i were a game warden anybuddy trying to pull the wool over my head with that kind of excuse for breakin the law will get a good ole horse laughin then a ticket.both deserved
